PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

The processing of granite is divided into four stages: coarse crushing of the jaw crusher, medium and fine crushing of the impact crusher or cone crusher and sand shaping and packaging of the sand making machine.

The first stage: coarse crushing

The granite bulk material is uniformly fed by the vibrating feeder through the bin and transported to the jaw crusher for coarse crushing. After coarse crushing, the material is sifted by the vibrating screen and transported by the belt conveyor to the impact crusher or cone crusher for fine crushing.

The second stage: medium fine crushing

After the granite transported to the counterattack/cone break is crushed in medium, it is sieved by circular vibrating screen, and the larger granular material is returned to the counterattack/cone break and broken again.

The third stage: sand making

The crushed granite is sent to the sand making machine for further crushing and shaping. If clean granite is needed, it can be sent to the sand washing machine for cleaning.

Granite uniform structure, hard texture, beautiful color, durable, is a high-quality building stone, known as the "king of rock" said. Granite can be used in construction from the roof to the floor. If crushed, it can be made into cement or rock to fill DAMS. Granite is not easy to weather, the color is beautiful, the appearance of the color can be maintained for more than 100 years, in addition to being used as senior architectural decoration, hall ground, or the choice of open-air carving material. Because granite is rarer than pottery or other man-made materials, placing granite floors can greatly increase the value of the property, and natural granite countertops have unique temperature resistance, which is the choice for all types of plate processing.
