Case Introduction

The raw materials are first sent to the heavy hammer crusher by the vibrating feeder through the silo for preliminary crushing. Secondly, the coarsely crushed stones are sent to the vibrating screen. The stones with a size of more than 40 mm obtained by screening are sent to the second stage of hammer crushing for fine crushing. The stones with a size of less than 40 mm are sent to the sand making machine by the belt conveyor for fine crushing and sand making. Finally, the crushed materials of the two are sent to the vibrating screen for grading and screening again and sent to the finished material area.
